Data we do not collect

The current release does not create user accounts and does not automatically upload personal data, photos, analytics events, advertising identifiers, or photo correction samples to our servers.

Camera and photos

Mahjong Jussei can use the camera or photo library only when you choose to scan a mahjong hand. Photos are processed on device to draft a tile list for your confirmation.

Photo scan results may include locally saved correction metadata and cropped tile images when you use the correction flow. These samples stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.

Local app data

The app stores small pieces of state on your device, including language preference, selected tab, daily analysis usage count, and local photo correction samples. Removing the app may remove this local data.

Purchases

Pro subscriptions, when available, are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment information. Apple’s terms and privacy practices apply to App Store transactions.

Tracking and advertising

The current release does not track users across apps or websites and does not include third-party advertising SDKs.

Future changes

If a future version adds accounts, analytics, server-side photo processing, cloud sync, crash reporting with user identifiers, or model-training uploads, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure before release.
