How does photo scan work?
Photo scan is a beta feature. Choose a clear, flat photo with all tiles visible, then confirm or correct the detected tiles before using the analysis.
Why can the recommended discard change?
Advice depends on the confirmed hand, shanten, effective tiles, speed, flexibility, safety, and available yaku signals. Correcting even one tile can change the ranking.
Where are my photos and corrections stored?
In the current release, photos are processed on device. Correction samples stay on your device unless you explicitly export or share them.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Apple manages subscriptions and payments. Open Apple subscription settings using the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Is Mahjong Jussei for live or real-money play?
No. Mahjong Jussei is for learning, practice, and casual entertainment. Do not use it for gambling, tournaments, ranked events, or any setting where outside assistance is not allowed.
The app is not working as expected. What should I send?
Restart the app and check for an App Store update. If the issue remains, email the device model, iOS version, app screen, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if appropriate. Please remove private information first.
